Description
Rub seasoning evenly over 6 pork chops. Grill chops directly
over fire for 12-15 min turning once. Serve with Firecracker
Salsa. To make salsa: 1 jalapeno chili chopped finely,
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained, 1 med cucumber,
diced, 1 T. lime juice, 1 T. brown sugar, pinch
salt. Combine all ingredients, cover & refrigerate
4-24 hrs to allow flavors to blend.
