Kickin’ Corn on the Cob Seasoning
Pull husk back & remove silk only. Combine 1/2c onion,
¼ c plum tomato, ¼ c. vinegar, 1/2 T. brown
Sugar & seasoning in blender til smooth. In saucepan,
Bring sauce to boil, reduce and simmer for 10 min until
lightly thickens. Turn off heat and whisk ¼ cup butter
until melted. Brush corn with sauce and wrap tightly in husks.
Grill for 10-12 min. turning every 2-3 min to prevent
husk from burning. When cooked, peel back husk and serve
with Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing.
