Description
In shallow dish combine, 1C flour, and seasoning packet.
Coat 20 chicken wings in flour mixture, refrigerate 1 hr,
then coat again with remaining flour mixture. In 2 qt pan
heat ½ c. butter or margarine and ½ c. Franks Hot sauce just until
butter melts, and remain on low or warm. Deep fry 8-10 wings
at a time, in 375 degree oil for 13 minutes turning 1-2 times.
Place wings on wire rack for 30 seconds and immediately toss
in buffalo sauce mixture on stovetop to coat. Place in
bowl or plate to serve.
