Description

Cajun Style Marinated Roast
1 eye round beef roast (3 lbs), 1 can beer,
Place beer and seasoning in sealable bag, add roast.
Marinate overnight up to 48 hours turning often.

Place in roasting pan with 1/2 of marinate. Cover
& bake 350 degrees until desired doneness. Let
stand 10 minutes before slicing.OR place on grill
in foil over drip pan, discard marinate.
