Description
Cajun Pork Seasoning
2 lbs pork tenderloin, 2 tsp veg. oil, sliced
french bread. Place meat on greased 13 x 9 in
pan & rub with oil Rub seasoning , cover &
refrigerate overnight. Bake at 425 degrees.
When done, let stand for 10 minutes, slice thin.
Spread bread with butter, place slices with
tenderloin.Add green pepper and shredded cheese
for garnish
