Description

Broiled Sirloin
Pierce holes in both sides of steak. Combine
1/2 c lemon juice, 1/4 c. oil, seasoning & meat
in bag to coat, leaving in refrigerator overnight.

Remove meat, discard marinade and broil for
6 min, turn, brush with butter and broil another
6 min or until desired tenderness.
