Description
2 T. Mayonnaise, 1 egg, ¼ c. bread crumbs,
1 lb. lump crab meat, 2 T. Oil for sautéing.
Combine mayo, egg, and seasoning, fold in crab meat
and Bread crumbs. Spread thin layer of bread crumbs on work
Surface. Form Crab mixture into equal balls, approx 2 in.
In diameter. Place on crumbs and gently flatten to ½ in Thick.
In sauté pan, melt 2 T. oil until hot. Brown cakes,
Cooking 2-3 min on each side. Turn down heat and cook
Additional 5 to 8 min or until done.
