Description
Beer Can Chicken –2 tsp brown sugar, 1–12oz beer,
2 tbsp marg., 1 lemon qtr, 1–3 to 4lb whole chicken.
Clean chicken as normal, Put 1 tsp rub inside chicken.
Rub outside with marg, sprinkle with rest of rub mix.
Hold chicken upright and lower onto open beer can.
Pull the legs forward so chicken rests on legs and can.
Stuff lemon in top to seal in steam.
