Description
BBQ’d Roast Beef
1 boneless Roast (5-6 lbs), 12c. water, 1 bottle ketchup,
1c. brown sugar, 1c. coffee, 3T. white vinegar, 2T.
Worcestershire sauce, 1T. horseradish.
Place roast & water in pot, cook until tender. Shred meat,
add 2C broth in pan, simmer 30 min. Serves 18-20.
